Grab someones balls... Pay $10,000.. Then go directly to jail! Do NOT Pass GO! Do NOT Collect $200

A couple days back I posted a video of Chiefs defensive lineman Shaun Smith, grabbing the package of Anthony David of the 49ers during their week 3 game. The week prior Smith had another complaint similar to this one. That one however he got away unscathed... This week not so much! The NFL looked into the complaint and decided to fine the defensive lineman $10,000.

Maybe Shaun should buy a box of OchocincO's before the Chiefs next game so he can call up that sex hotline on the box. That should rid of his sexual frustration.

OchocincO's.. The Official Sex Hotline Cereal

On Wednesday, when Chad Ochocinco of the Cinncinatti Bengals urged fans via Twitter to go on his website and buy his new cereal OchocincO's and "start your day with a lil suga!!!", he had no clue that his fans would get a little more than just "a lil suga."

The cereal box had a number that would connect callers to the Feed the Children organization, but instead of the toll-free prefix... there was a slight error. The prefix printed on the box is that to a sex hotline.

As of 2pm (pacific) Ochocinco tweeted twice about the cereal box mixup:

Tweet 1: "Awe man im bummed about the cereal number mixup on the cereal, trying to do good and got messed up, of all numbers why that one!!! Sorry"

Tweet 2: "For those who were offended by the mixup my deepest apologies but i was only bringing awareness to a charity that im a huge part of, SORRY"

After apparently feeling that shitty in the same hour he Tweeted again:
"Oh S.H.I.T = Oh So Happy Its Thursday, hope y'all having a good day because im loving it thus far"

Good News for the Saints

BAD NEWS: Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints suffered a leg injury during week 2 against the San Francisco 49ers.

GOOD NEWS: It's been 10 days and Reggie was spotted walking without a cast or crutches but has a slight limp.

Bush was expected to be out for four to six weeks due to the broken leg, but he's ahead of schedule!

49ers... A CALL FOR HELP!

The San Francisco 49ers have a new offensive coordinator... MIKE JOHNSON.

For those of you that don't know who Mr. Johnson is... Well he's a former quarterback for the San Antonio Riders of the World League and also played for the BC Lions (I don't know if thats a good thing or a bad thing HAHA) along side all of those accomplishments he's had many more (just Google it if you really give a shit)

Anywho.. with the Niners great 0-3 record for their 2010 season lets hope Mike can help them out...

I'm hoping they can improve that record since I have a Niners fan in the family...

Roethlisberger shouldn't have effed up eh?

Word on the street?

Big Ben is wishing he could play in the WEEK 4 game against the Ravens!

Ravens Linebacker Ray Lewis and Ben are good friends and apparently they've been exchanging texts in which Roethlisberger is stating that he wishes he could have played in the rivalry game.

"He wishes he were out there -- he wishes he were out there, man. It's a respect thing we have playing against each other. It's a rivalry, but, once again, it goes back to the level of respect we have."

Big Ben won't be able to play till October 17th against the Cleveland Browns due to his violation with the NFL's personal conduct policy.

I found the VIDEO!!!

Earlier I reported that Packers safety Nick Collins is now under investigation by the NFL because he yelled at a Bears fan, and to top it all off threw his mouthguard into the stands.

Now, I looked for the video earlier and due to the NFL's web video policy, Milwaukee's FOX 6, the station that had the footage was prohibited from putting it online due to the fact is was not a reporter standup or a player interview.

BUT, WHERE THERE IS A WILL... THERE IS A WAY...

Someone put a recorded version from when the station first aired it off their camera or phone and put it up on TWITVID.

Nick Collins BLOWUP! watch here

Gay Men in the NFL?

I couldn't help but laugh when I heard about Shaun Smith of the Kansas City Chiefs being sorta touchy feely on the gridiron twice in the last two weeks. I mean we all know football players like to throw around that occasional pat on the bum ;) buttt (no pun intended) it never goes further than that.

THE FIRST OCCURRENCE:
Alex Mack - Cleveland Browns - Center
Accuses Shaun Smith of "bad touching"

THE SECOND OCCURRENCE (week 3):
Anthony Davis - San Francisco 49ers - Rookie Right Tackle
Claims Smith grabbed his genitals during Sundays game.

"He tried to feel me. That's weird right?" Davis told CSNBayArea.com.

YES! ANTHONY! That is weird... A 325 pound man touching you in areas like that... UBER WEIRD!

Watch it! Right here... CLICKKK ITTTT ;)

NFL investigates...

Last night after the Packers devastating loss to the Chicago Bears, reports are saying that Packers safety Nick Collins was seen yelling at a Bears fan.

A video (that I am trying to find) shows Collins yelling at a fan and then throwing his mouthpiece into the stands. Collins said that the fan actually spit on him and used a racial slur.

Now, the NFL is looking into it.. I don't really know what's going to come out of this. But, I wanted the Packers to win last night so I'm going to go against the Bears fan...

Just another drunken fool...

WEEK 3 - Play of the Week

This weeks play of the week, I gotta hand to Leon Washington of the Seattle Seahawks...

In one game this guy got TWO kick return touchdowns! FREAKING BEAUTY!!!

Reggie Bush Injury Update

After being carried off the field midways through the final quarter in the 25-22 Saints win tonight against the San Francisco 49ers, Reggie Bush may be suffering an injury that could have him out for six weeks.

Many fantasy football and NFL rumour sites are reporting that Reggie may have suffered a break in his lower left leg.

THIS IS NOT FINAL WORD! Bush will undergo a full evaluation once he reaches home to New Orleans.

SAINTS!

With the game tied at 22-22.. and :03 seconds left in the 4th... the Saints decide to take a timeout and field goal at 3rd down. With a false start the Saints then got penalized 5 yards. A low kick was taken and almost blocked but the Saints came through and won this one 25-22.

REGGIE :(

Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints was helped off the field due to an injury that has not been disclosed. With no word on what the injury is what we do know is that after muffing a punt with less than 7 minutes remaining in the 4th, Reggie was able to walk with his right but was limping off the field with the help of trainers.

Denver Broncos WR Found Dead

Kenny Mckinley, WR for the Broncos and former USC Football player was found dead this morning, from what looks to be an apparent suicide.

Mckinley 23, was in his second year playing for the Denver Broncos and was with the Gamecock's from 2004-2008. While with USC Kenny had 207 receptions, 2,781 yards, and 19 touchdowns.

Information about the suicide will not be released until a field report is conducted.

The WEEK 2 Play That Everyones Talking About....

The Patriots couldn't beef up enough strength to beat the Jets last night... but Randy Moss knows exactly what he needs to do in order to get that contract of his extended...

Randy Moss: One Handed TD.. CLICK TO WATCH

Sanchez comes through for the Jets

A little late... I know. But if you missed "the game of the weekend" it's best to say that the Jets just had a bad week one.

THIS WEEK: Sanchez' throws were on point, the Jets offence was on cue, and The Sanchise had all the little pieces in check in order to school the Pats 28-14.

The Pats on the other hand had a hard time when it came to their defensive drive and to be honest Brady just wasn't his old usual self. With a bunch of incomplete passes and a sack close to the end of the 4th quarter, you could tell that Tom and the Pats were more than just a little bit on edge.

Gotta give credit where credit is due... the Jets are something to look out for this season

Bush Gives Back the Heisman

In the 75 years of the Heisman trophy's history, this morning Reggie Bush became the first player in history to forfeit the award.

"It is for these reasons that I have made the difficult decision to forfeit my title as Heisman winner of 2005. The persistent media speculation regarding allegations dating back to my years at USC has been both painful and distracting. In no way should the storm around these allegations reflect in any way on the dignity of this award, nor on any other institutions or individuals. Nor should it distract from outstanding performances and hard-earned achievements either in the past, present or future."

The Heisman organization had already decided to take away the trophy after Bush was caught in the middle of NCAA's investigation of the USC football program. In 2007 Bush was sued by a San Diego sports marketer who claimed that Reggie and his family recieved nearly  $300,000 in cash and merchandise. A private out of court settlement was reached earlier this year.

The NCAA also ordered that any victory USC had in which Bush participated should be forfeit.

Monday Night Football (WEEK 1)

Scores from last night's double header:

New York (Jets) vs Baltimore (10-9) - Pretty much, Sanchez didn't perform... got sacked twice and the only reason the Jets were even on the board was cause of field goals.

Kansas City vs San Diego (21-14) - A young team that did a lot of damage..

Monday night football did nothing for me this week... Maybe it was the 3 hours of sleep I had the night before? MEH

Seattle... I'm Impressed!

The Seattle Seahawks hosted the San Francisco 49ers for their season opener today. And to be honest.. I AM REALLY IMPRESSED.

The Seahawks beat the 49ers 31-6.

Will the Seahawks be a team to watch this year? (Maybe i'll cross the border to check out a game then..)

Moss is Trippin...

Randy Moss' contract with the New England Patriots is set to expire at the end of this season... But Moss is worried his days as a Patriot are numbered.

After todays win against the Bengals, Moss said that there has been no talk about a new contract to secure his place on the team. He then continued on to say he's not appreciated, but countered that statement by saying he didn't mean that he's not appreciated but that he wants to feel appreciated.

"I want to be here, I love being here, but I think this will be my last year with the New England Patriots. I'm not retiring. I will be playing somewhere next year."

Moss did not score any touchdowns during todays game. Not the usual Moss we are used to...

*Postgame interview with Moss to be posted soon...

Chris Johnson is a BEAST!

Watch for yourself...

CJ2K 76 Yd TOUCHDOWNNNN!

The Best Part...

Me being the unemployed broke ass that I am decided to opt out on NFL Sunday Ticket this year.

So this morning I was flipping through channels and trying to stream some of the games online... LONG STORY SHORT: IT SUCKED.

Then, my dad comes home at 3 and goes what the hell are you doing? He then continued and called me a retard cause we have Sunday Ticket...

I AM NOW A HAPPY HAPPY GIRL :)

Me with the sick mind I have... I wonder what they did in there :/

Complaints against the Jets..

The Sanchise and the rest of the Jets franchise may just be in a bit of trouble. Two incidents are prompting the NFL to look into the complaints and get to the bottom of it.

Complaint 1: A female reporter that was interviewing Sanchez during practice saturday is claiming that one of the Jets coaches was throwing footballs at her and that players later called out to her in the locker room.

The 2nd complaint comes from an "unidentified team" cough*pussies*cough... stating that the Jets violated offseason training rules because coaches were present during some training workouts. The pussies... I mean "unidentified team" claims that Ryan and Schottenheimer were present at these workouts. If the league decides to take action, the Jets may be subjected to a warning, a fine or even a forfeiture  of a draft pick.

Sexy Rexy and the Jets are in trouble again...

Final Scores for the Games so FAR... WEEK 1

Tampa Bay vs Cleveland  17-14
Miami vs Buffalo  15-10
New England vs Cincinnati  38-24
Indianapolis vs Houston  34-24

Atlanta vs Pittsburgh  15-9
Oakland vs Tennessee  38-13
Carolina vs New York (Giants)  31-18

Arizona vs. St. Louis
Green Bay vs Philadelphia
San Fransisco vs Seattle

Baltimore vs New York (Jets)
San Diego vs Kansas City

Bet you wish Foster was on your FF league..

Running 231 yards for a team single game record, Foster did just that and helped his team defeat the Indianapolis Colts. With 3 touchdowns and the most yards run against the Colts in Indianapolis history, Arian Foster alongside the help of the rest of the Texans put an end to their six game losing streak against the Colts with a 34-24 victory.

New England for the Win.....

YOUNG TEAM? POOR DEFENCE? NOT TODAY!! The Patriots took their first regular season win, beating the Cincinnati Bengals 28-24. This game was AMAZING. As a Pats fan I don't think I could have asked for more. Pats action was continuous whereas the Bengals were having a hard time keeping up with the TE talent that the Pats clearly are in possession of.

PATS - 1st touchdown (1st quarter): Brady passes to Welker for an 8yd TD.
PATS - 1st fieldgoal (1st quarter): Gostkowski at the 32 yd line.

PATS - 2nd touchdown (2nd quarter): Again, Brady to Welker for a 4yd TD. (these two were on fire... and Welker just got back from a brutal knee injury)
PATS - 3rd touchdown (2nd quarter): . Guyton with a 59 yd interception return.
BENGALS - 1st fieldgoal (2nd quarter): Nugent at the 54 yd line.

At half time the score was sitting at a beautiful 24-3.

PATS - 4th touchdown (3rd quarter): By far my favourite TD of the game. Tate with a 97 yd return... makes it to the endzone... UNTOUCHED!
BENGALS - 1st touchdown (3rd quarter): Gresham with a 1yd pass from Palmer.
BENGALS - 2nd touchdown (3rd quarter): Ochocinco with a 28 yd pass from Palmer.

PATS - 5th touchdown (4th quarter): Gronkowski, 1yd pass from Brady.
BENGALS - 3rd touchdown (4th quarter): Benson with a 1yd run.

The Pats have won 7 of their last 8 regular season openers.

Highest Paid TE in NFL History...

Vernon Davis of the San Fransisco 49ers just signed an extension that now makes him the highest paid tight-end in NFL history.

Davis signed the 5 year, $37 million dollar deal earlier today with $23 million GUARANTEED.

After news of the extension got out, Davis had this to say:

"Being the highest-paid tight end at my position says a lot but when it comes down to it I'm not playing the game for money. It's about passion."

NFL Crime Of The Week

So the seasons officially started, but there are 14 players who get to come into the season with a not so fresh start. Due to their idiocy, these guys will be out for the next few upcoming games and are going to have to deal with some tarnished reps for the next little while. WAITTT! Who am I kidding! They make enough money to not care. :/

Personal Conduct:

Ben Rothlisberger - If you don't know what Big Ben did (got drunk and sexually assulted a college student) well then you might as well go live under a rock and cut off that subscription you have to the NFL network cause it's not helping you much. Ben was originally suspended for 6 games... but dear ol' Comishh decided that was too long since Ben was showing he was so behaved. Yeah! I bet its soooo hard not to sexually harass little girls, especially when your careers on the line. Now he has a 4 game suspension and should be back for the first game of October.

Other Personal Conduct suspensions have been handed off to Ravens Cornerback Cary Williams (domestic abuse) who has been suspended for two games, Pats offensive lineman Quinn Ojunnaka (one game) for throwing his wife down a flight of stairs cause of him pulling a Tiger Woods and cornerback Aqib Talib of the Buccaneers (one game) for punching a cab driver.

Substance Abuse:

Seven players got booked for substance abuse, and three decided to take PED's (performance enhancing drugs)... cause ya know the NFL doesn't do drugtesting...

Atlanta - linebacker, Robert James, using PED's, four games
Atlanta- defensive tackle, Johnathan Babineaux, substance abuse, one game
Jets- receiver, Santonio Holmes, substance abuse, four games
Bills- tightend, Shawn Nelson, substance abuse, four games
Broncos- running back, LenDale White, substance abuse, four games
Chargers- receiver, Vincent Jackson, substance abuse, three games
Seahawks- linebacker, Leroy Hill, substance abuse, one game
Packers- defensive tackle, Johnny Jolly, substance abuse, suspended indefinitely
Texans- linebacker, Brian Cushing, using PED's, four games
Titans- linebacker, Gerald McRath, using PED's, four games

Eff You Manning!!!

So earlier I posted that Tom Brady will be signing a 4 year extension with the New England Patriots worth $19 mill a year, which will make him the highest paid player in the NFL...

ENJOY THE TITLE WHILE IT LASTS TOM!

Peyton Manning, who is currently in the final year of his 6 year $98 million contract, may just sign a new contract this season which will provide him with enough money to shit on Brady's contract and make himself the highest paid player in the league.

Like Peyton needs anymore money as it is... THE MAN MAKES $10 MILL JUST OFF ENDORSEMENTS.. while poor Tom is only making $5 million :(

Thursday, September 9, 2010

Twitter Rumour...

@SI_PeterKing reports that Robert Kraft told him Tom Brady will sign a 4-year extension tomorrow worth $19 million per year.

Not bad Brady... Not bad at all.

I THINK that makes him the highest paid player in the League. Great way to start the season.

Saints take the lead

A easy 1 yard touchdown, ran by Thomas secures New Orleans with a 14-9 lead with 6:13 left in the 3rd. Vikes back on the offence trying to catch up to their opponent and show the people in the Superdome who's boss.

Who Dat Nation... let's not get too excited we still have some time to see which way this game swings.

In unrelated news.. @OGOchoCinco just tweeted what he's eating for dinner... http://twitpic.com/2mvtx0

He makes enough money, yet still had to go for the chicken... Then they wonder why the stereotypes exist.

Don't doubt Favre

close to the end of 2nd quarter...

I FEEL SOMETHING BIG ABOUT TO HAPPEN.
and
and
and
AND IT DOESSSSSS!

SHIANCOE WITH A TOUCHDOWNNN... :34 seconds left and the confidence pours in. Missed the kick but its a 2 point game.

9-7 Vikings.. guess Favre is going to show em how the Silver Fox does it!

I was expecting a highscoring game, seeing as these two teams were the highest scoring teams in the league last year... GUESS NOT :(

We Are One

Mortreport just tweeted:

mortreport

"We Are One" pre-game gesture came out of Drew Brees' communication with Steve Hutchinson & Jared Allen of Vikes, according to @gatallah.

SEE.. EVERYONE CAN BE FRIENDS!

Brady Involved in Car Accident

Earlier this morning Tom Brady was involved in a two car accident near his home in Boston. Fortunately, Brady was not hurt and was at practice playing as usual with the team.

A police report that did not name Brady said that the crash knocked over a light pole that caused the Jaws of Life to be used on the other mans vehicle to get him out. The man was injured but the injuries were not life threatening.

The accident was not Brady's fault, but the driver of the minivan that hit Tom's black Audi is said to have been charged with numerous traffic and moving violations and has had his drivers licence taken away 3 times in 5 years.

The Pats are set to play the Cincinnati Bengals this coming Sunday to open their season at home.

I'm just glad hes okay.. cause once Giselle is out of the picture.. BRADY'S ALL MINE.

That's all for now.. Down and Out..

Brees' got it goin on...

First quarter: Brees throws Devery Henderson a 29-yd TOUCHDOWN PASS!

Let's see if Favre can beat that?!

The Saints have seriously used training camp to their advantage; so it seems. Last years Champs have both their defence and offence working wonders. Meanwhile, the Vikings look as though Favre's LATE DECISION to rejoin the team and attend training camp late, is causing a lot of messy plays and confusion. The Vikes are still using their skills and key players to get the ball to where it has to be, its just taking more effort than I think they need to use.

KUDOS TO BREES: This man is using amazing ad-libbing skills on the field, and making alot of NOTHING into SOMETHING! Gotta love a player who can buy time without making it oh so obvious!

VIKINGS AND THE SAINTS

We are moments away from the first NFL 2010-11 season game! SAINTS AND THE VIKINGS!

My pick this game... SAINTS (24-17). Last years Superbowl champs are going to slap up Favre and his Vikings!

At the moment Drew Brees is suffering from a not-so-strong arm... but regardless with home advantage the boys are going to show the city of New Orleans they're back to do it again.

This is the same matchup we saw at last years NFC Final... So maybe the Vikings will come back and tell the Saints no one.. and they mean NO ONE ... FU*KS with them!

Lets see how this goes...

Down and out ;)

SO... I'm getting harassed!

I need to get on this.. Everyone needs their NFL fix and who better to give it to you than me? (cause i'm awesome okay!) I've been a bit lazy but....

Kudos to the NFL

for...???

Having the most amount of athletes turned criminals!! SYKEEE

The NFL just donated $600K to 150 current and former players, and coaches to start free youth football camps.

Sean Payton (coach of the New Orleans Saints), Matt Ryan (quarterback of the Atlanta Falcons), Herm Edwards (Jets/Chiefs coach turned ESPN NFL analyst), George Martin (ex Giants defensive end), and Ron Jaworski (ex Eagles quarterback) are said to be starting youth camps.

NFL Crime of the Week

EVERY WEEK ILL THROW UP A NEW NFL CRIME OF THE WEEK:

This weeks:

Yes.. By now you have all heard...

Hall of Fame Linebacker Lawrence Taylor has been thrown in the slammer on 6 different charges...

  • Rape
  • Criminal sexual conduct
  • Sexual abuse
Now, I'm not sure about how many of each one.. but jeez... what's up with NFL'ers and committing crimes?

Return of the Silver Fox??

Although it's not confirmed... Brett Favre is making it quite apparent that he'll be back for his 20th NFL Season. Even though he hasn't reported to the team as of yet we shouldn't lose hope... he did the same thing last year, not reporting to the team till August.

One of the main reasons hes returning?? To beat the New Orleans Saints, since they ended the Vikings 2009-10 season after an interception of one of Brett's passes during the NFC Championship game.

I don't blame him for not wanting revenge.

The teams will play each other in the 2010 season opener at none other than the Louisiana Superdome.

Cameron Gunn Revue

My two friends Chris Cameron and Steve Gunn (yes... I'm jealous of his last name too!) have started a blog called The Cameron Gunn Revue.. These two are actually fucking hillarious and they'll actually make you piss yourself.. if youre into that kinda thing. The blogs about everything and anything... so i'm sure you'll have a great time reading their updated posts.

"Enhanced" Season?

So, instead of the original 4 preseason and 16 regular season games.. The NFL proposed changing it to 2 preseason and 18 regular season games... WHY? Let's admit it, we all hate the preseason.. To me they're just pointless games that count for well, NOTHING and they're like watching regular season basketball.. not competitive at all. Apparently the league wants to do this to "enhance" the football season.
Lets all just be honest for a minute... I'M PRETTY SURE IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS.

That's all for now, DOWN AND OUT ;)

Miles Austin and dem Cowboys- - This seasons Vince Lombardi Trophy Winners??

No I am not a psychic... but I mean think about it
DATING A KARDASHIAN IS ALL IT TAKES TO WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP OF ANY SORT!
Lamar Odom- Married to Khloe Kardashian - Lakers win this years NBA Playoffs
Reggie Bush- Was dating Kim Kardashian - Saints win the Vince Lombardi last season.
AND NOW... Miles Austin WR for the Cowboys is dating Kim!

Cowboys fans... just pray to the higher power that he stays with her.. or pray for the hope that Tony Romo stops being such a doucher...

Kevin Ellison Gets The Boot

Back in May, Kevin Ellison of the San Diego Chargers was found in possession with 100 pills of Vicodin during a traffic stop.

WELL.. Today the Chargers let him go. HMMM.. Maybe doing drugs is a bad idea??? Who'd a thunk it??

Seems like Vicodin is the drug of choice among NFL'ers these days..

DT Ian Scott, FB Cory Jackson, and WR Jordyn Jackson were also released from the team this morning.

Down and Out..

SAINTS

Vince Lombardi winning Coach Sean Payton talks about how the teams going to bring last seasons success to this season, and his new book "Home Team."

Me... I'm more interested in the Vicodin coverup! WTH is up with that???

The rings are pretty sweet... maybe if i marry an NFL'er I could get one. Im pretty sure Reggie Bush is single?

My Divisional Picks for 2010-11 Season

AFC

East- New York Jets
The Jets are going to have a huge year with all their offseason aquisitions and of course the SANCHISE. They picked up a flurry of great talent in LB Jason Taylor from the Miami Dolphins, Troubled WR Santonio Holmes from the Pittsburgh Steelers, CB Antonio Cromartie from the San Diego Chargers, and seasoned vet RB LaDainian Tomlinson also from the San Diego Chargers. These aquisitions supplied them with much needed depth at the running back position with both Shune Greene and LaDainian Tomlinson and a premier young reciver in Santonio Holmes.

North- Baltimore Ravens
This team will finish first in the AFC North because of players like Ray Lewis. QB Flacco, has some great offensive tools in Rice and Mason. They also had a pretty good offseason aquiring recievers Anquan Bolden from the Cardinals and Dante Stallworth formerly from the Cleveland Browns.

South- Indianapolis Colts
REALLY? Do I have to state my reasons why? Peyton Manning anyone?

West- San Diego Chargers
Despite the losses they've suffered (Tomlinson and Cromartie) this team is almost always in the running for the Superbowl. Usually choking, this team only has the potential to make it to the playoffs but not further. Recently they found they don't need to rely on their run game as much as they need to.. because of.. you guessed it PHILLIP RIVERS.

NFC

East- Dallas Cowboys
How bout dem Cowboys? Tony Romo - - Is he finally living up to the hype? Guess we'll find out if he's a football pro or a golf pro this season. This season will rely on Romo and his recievers, namely Miles Austin, who emerged as one of the leagues elite recievers. (81 catches, 1,320 yards, 11 touchdowns) Now, Roy Williams.. he needs to step his game up, before its Bye Bye Cowboys!

North- Minnesota Vikings
The question on everyones mind... Will Brett Favre return? Despite having a RB like Peterson and a Reciever like Sidney Rice this team has shown in the past that they need a premier QB. So the seasons going to be based on if the Silver Fox returns.

South- New Orleans Saints
WHO DAT NATION! Yupp, if anyone has a chance of repeating history its these boys. Great recieving core and a future Hall of Fame QB... There's nothing more to say.

West- San Fransisco 49ers
This is a shitty conference... so, I mean who else do you pick? The Seattle Seahawks? (HAHA) They've got Willis, so now offence hold your end of the bargain.

That's all for now... I'm Down and Out ;)

Who Wants It More?

I attempted to start a blog back in October.. But I let my procrastination get the best of me. Time to get down to business now. Let me take you back to why I am in love with this game and why I am, oh so faithful to my Patriots.

During football season, you'll be sure that i'll be glued to my television or ESPN.com. It first started in 07. Superbowl XLII (42), probably one of the biggest upsets in Superbowl history. Pats and the Giants? Yeah, I'm sure you remember that! Well as you know, the Giants took it home beating the previously UNDEFEATED Patriots 17-14. I followed the Patriots that whole undefeated year, and I have to admit the worst part was that the Giants were a wild card that beat an undefeated team. Even though they lost, I still deemed them my team. (I'm sure every sports fan out there has a team that they feel like this for.. usually its a win though)

And after that... it was all down hill for Brady.

This guy fell out of the limelight for sure this year but he's still up there quarterback ranks with Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, and the oh so consistent Brett Favre. This last season wasn't too bad for Brady and expecting a Superbowl Contending Pats is something that even a fan like me wouldn't wait for in the next little bit. Hell... I give it a couple more years and watch Brady get the hell outta New England.

Thats it for now.. I'm Down and Out! ;)
